Are you an overcomer? An overcomer is a conqueror, and the Bible says that you are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. An overcomer is a person who takes authority over a situation; to be superior and victorious. An overcomer is a champion.

An overcomer will walk through trials and tribulations, not being tossed to and fro by the storms of life; but his ship shall be directed by the helm of faith. Faith is the assurance of the calm after the storm; faith is the ability to see the end of a circumstance; faith is calling those things that do not exist as if they are.

God created you an overcomer. He created you in His image (beauty and splendour) and in His likeness (character). Study the Bible and you will discover that Gods character is not one of a loser ... it is a character of authority, love, peace, gentleness; the character of a loving God that can call valleys of dry bones to life; a God that can calm storms; a God that can make the impossible a reality.

Those are the characteristics that God has placed inside you. When you give your life to Jesus your spirit is quickened and made alive. You have a winning spirit. You have entered into a Kingdom that makes you a mighty man or woman of valour.

A child of valour is a person that can encounter danger with firmness of mind, bravery, courage, intrepidity and prowess. Look at your situation today and speak words of faith into it. Instead of confessing the fact (which is negative), confess the truth according to Gods Word.

Call victory into your situation in the name of Jesus. Speak words of life and faith into the valley of dry bones in your life. Call upon the name of the Lord, and He shall deliver you. God has created you to be more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus.
