Using the Keys
And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Matthew 16:19"One thousand people die of AIDS in South Africa every day." That is not a very interesting article that you would want to read, any day. The very thought that every day, 1,000 people are losing their hopes, dreams, vision, purpose and plan that God has for them is quite scary.
But what if you could take that very opening statement, and just add one word to it, for example, "One thousand people COULD die of AIDS in South Africa every day." Big difference?
What if you could use the keys that God has given you to change the world? Impossible? Think about this, "For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil."
So if Jesus destroyed the works of the enemy 2,000 years ago, why then are we still accepting the enemys works which God has already destroyed through Jesus Christ? Why are we not revolutionizing the world?
Jesus destroyed the works of the enemy. And then He gave you a set of keys to enforce that victory. So every time Satan comes against you, your family, or loved ones in the church, you take out your set of keys, you pray, you release that power that abides in you, and you bind the works of the enemy and loose the works of the Cross. Amen.
Why did Jesus die on the cross naked? Why was Jesus whipped? Why was He mocked and scorned before going to the cross? Why did God not let that cup pass from Jesus? So that you and I can enjoy every good thing and every good work that comes from the LORD. Jesus conquered the world, and then made you more than a conqueror through Him. All you need to do is use the keys God has given you to walk in complete victory.
