The Word of Our Testimony

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Revelation 12:11

It is the blood of Jesus that causes the children of God to prevail because it answers all of the enemys accusations against them. You see, Satan's way of controlling and defeating you is through guilt and accusations. He is a blackmailer. But, as a child of God, know that the blood of Jesus has satisfied all the charges brought against you; the blood has reconciled you to God, and the blood provides you with the necessary provision to defeat the enemy. But the world does not know this. And the only way they are going to know this is by the word of your testimonies.

Look at the Word of God, for starters. It is a testimony of mighty men and women who believed in the power of God. Without the Word, we would not be where we are today. It is that living Word, the power of the many testimonies written in the sixty-six books of the Bible that help us overcome the enemy.

What is your testimony? Why live by faith and not proclaim it? Proclaiming the victory and sharing your testimony not only overcomes the enemy, but it serves as a faith-builder to other men and women of God who need your testimony. Your testimony can save a drug addict, can heal broken wounds, has the power to build marriages, overcome depression, or raise a beloved brother or sister in Christ to stand on their feet again.

The power of your testimony is unbelievable. Satan knows the power of your testimony. Satan knows that your testimony can overcome him. We read constant stories in the Word of how testimonies brought defeat to the enemy.

Do you have a testimony to share? There are millions of people waiting to hear from you, waiting to receive answers, waiting to be set free and waiting for a word of encouragement.
