Do you know how high a price had to be paid for your freedom? It took the price of blood — the precious, sanctified blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ — to make sure that today you do not have to walk with a glum look on your face. If you are not rejoicing today you are doing a great injustice to that blood that was shed for you.

"But you have no idea what I am going through right now." You right. But I do know what the Word of God says. The Word has set you free already. The Word will strengthen and exhort you in times of distress. The Word never changes.

Situations change; today financial problems, tomorrow sickness. But Gods Word is Yea and Amen; Gods Word is, "It is done. It is finished. You are redeemed. You have already been set free. You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in this world."

If you are going through trying times right now you need to know that it is for a season only. You need to walk through that valley; stop pitching your tents in the valley. Rise up! Stand and walk! People who are down and try to walk don't go anywhere. Their feet just move. Stand up. Talk to your valley. Talk to that mountain that stops you from getting out of your valley. Tell it to move into the sea. Tell it to be cast from you. But do not settle for second best. Stop settling for the tail when God wants you to be the head.

You have to believe that God wants the best for you. Jesus has already given you a life of abundance — a life that lacks nothing. Get this — He has done it all for you already. Jesus is not and does not need to go to the cross again. The work was done. It was finished. Receive your victory. Proclaim yourself a victor today. I exhort you today to rise up, start praising God, and see if God will not inhabit your praises and change your world.
