God is good all the time. Your moods may change and your emotions may take you on a roller coaster ride; but know today that God is good all the time.

I want to add a bit more context to the above verse, "The LORD thy God, who is in the centre of you, is a mighty and powerful warrior. He will save you and give you the victory; He will rejoice with Heavenly joys and with the highest degree of happiness because of you. He is entrenched and satisfied in His love for His children. His love for you is His supreme delight. He will sing and be glad because of you."

Did you notice one thing in this verse? Everything is because "of you." For you, Christ laid down His life. For you, the Heavens rejoice. Amen! God is awesome. There are celebrations in Heaven because of you.

God rests in His love for YOU. He loves you! Can you picture that love? You are His creation. On the seventh day God rested because He wanted to appreciate the beauty He made when He crafted you.

When the verse is put into context, this verse is about a Father delighting in the return of His son. It is the feasting because His child came back home. God sings in Heaven because you chose Him. Luke says that the angels rejoice over one sinner that repents.

Oh, praise God! You are pleasing to Your Father. He sings songs of merriment when He looks at you. Today is a day of rejoicing. Today is a day of celebration. There is no reason to be glum and gloomy when God is rejoicing because of you. Join in His celebration. This is the day that He has made; rejoice and be glad in it.
