Daily Devotional

He doesn't say, "I WAS." Neither does He say, "I WILL BE." But, "I AM."

"I AM ALIVE." declares the Lord, "and I AM the same yesterday, today and forever. I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."

"I AM YAHWEH, the Lord God Almighty, who delivered you from the hands of the enemy. I AM the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. I AM the FAITHFUL ONE."

"I AM the Prince of Peace, the King of kings and the Lord of lords. I AM JEHOVAH." says the Creator and Ruler of Heaven and earth.

"I AM the Lily of the Valley, and the beautiful Rose of Sharon; the bright and the morning Star. I AM the Lion of the tribe of Judah. I AM the Ancient of Days and the Rock of Ages. I AM the Everlasting God."

"But I AM also your Shepherd and your Friend. I AM your Gracious Companion and Merciful Saviour. I AM your very present help in time of need. My name is a strong tower, into which you can run and be saved. I AM the God of hope and the God of love."

"I AM your Healer and your Deliverer; your Righteousness and Justice. My name alone is excellent, and My glory is above Heaven and earth. I AM the Holy One; the True and the Living God."

Our God is an awesome God. His glory cannot be described. He is magnificent, omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent. Is there a god out there that will dare challenge the Almighty God? Idols are destroyed by His presence. Lives are restored and slaves set free from the enemys oppression when in His presence. Rejoice. For your God reigns. He is the Great I AM.
