Satan is called by many names in the Bible; there are but two that I will share with you today — he is called the "father of all lies" and in Revelation 12:9, "the deceiver of the world."

I did research on cancer and on measles a while ago. And I noticed something very interesting about them — both of them deceive the body. What about AIDS? You look healthy yet have a killer disease lurking inside, deceiving others. Many sicknesses can remain hidden in your body, deceiving people that you are healthy.

What is deceit? Webster says that it is "to cause to believe what is false or disbelieve what is true." The Bible says that the Truth of Gods Word shall set you free. Your victory was secured over 2,000 years ago.

But Satan has deceived the world, making one think that works are needed to be saved. He will make you think that you need to live in guilt and condemnation whilst he triumphs over you.

Satan is the deceiver and father of all lies. He deceived Eve in the garden and he continuously tries to keep men and women out of a relationship with God. Satan comes to steal, to kill and to destroy you. If he cannot use trials and tribulations to separate you from the love of Christ, he is going to come against you with a sweet tooth and offer you pleasures of this world.

Be sober, be vigilant. God wants to have a relationship with you. He wants to give you a life of abundance, blessings that add no sorrow to your life. Be not deceived and do not allow the enemy to lie to you — lay hold of the promises in Gods Word and walk in victory.
